2025 Holiday Festivities in Frenchtown

Santa on the River -

Sunday, December 7, 2025, 12 - 4 pm

Santa Claus is coming to Frenchtown!

He's leaving his sleigh and reindeer friends at the North Pole for this visit and will instead be arriving by boat with Mrs.Claus! You can watch as they arrive from the bridge at 12:30 pm.

Here's the day's schedule:

12:00 pm - Rock Art Revival Carolers will kick off our event with some holiday jiggles!

12:45pm - 4pm: Santa & Mrs. Claus will dock by the bridge and join us in Sunbeam Park for pictures.

1:00 - 2:00 pm : Rogers Dance Academy will be performing several dance routines

2:00 - 3:00 pm: Nick the Frenchtown Bagpiper

Purchase locally baked goods and hot chocolate at the snack tent to help us raise funds for the two food pantries in Frenchtown; Frenchtown UM Open Door Community Pantry and the FPC Food Pantry, or you can bring shelf-stable food donations as well.

4:00 PM : Christmas Tree Lighting with Santa

- Feel free to bring an ornament to help us decorate the Christmas tree!

Join the Rock Art Revival Christmas Carolers!

Help us spread some holiday cheer! If you would like to join in on the fun, the group will be meeting at 11:45 am on the Rock Art Revival front porch. Their first stop will be Sunbeam Park to celebrate the arrival of Santa Claus, and then they will take a walk through the downtown.

Help us make the season a little brighter for families in need this holiday season!

Lacy Phelps at Edward Jones is hosting a Toys for Tots drop box at their office from now until December 12. You can bring new, unwrapped toys suitable for ages 1-12 years old to 7 Kingwood Ave, Frenchtown, NJ, or if you're an online shopper, you can have the toys shipped directly to the office! *Monetary donations cannot be accepted.

Frenchtown Menorah Lighting - Tuesday, December 16 at 6:30 pm

Come celebrate the Festival of Lights with us! We'll light the menorah, enjoy delicious latkes and donuts, play fun games, and get creative with holiday crafts.

Bring your family and friends for a joyful evening of warmth, laughter, and traditions!

Holiday Shopping Just Got Better!

The businesses of Frenchtown would like to sweeten the deal when you choose to shop local this holiday season.

How it works:

Make a purchase of $25 or more at a participating business between now and the January 1st and you can enter to win a giveaway basket!

What's in the baskets you ask?

So many goodies! We giveaway ten baskets that are filled with all sorts of merchandise and gift cards generously donated by the stores and restaurants of Frenchtown.

How will I know if I'm one of the lucky winners?

The ten winners will be contacted via phone call after January 1st. Follow Love Frenchtown on social media or sign up the River Rat Newsletter for the exact date of the live drawing.
