![]() | 9.3.2020 RiverRat Megaphone Frenchtown Walking Tours SUMMER FUNDRAISER IS OVER, BUT WALKING TOURS STAGGER ON This is to thank my customers for their patronage and generosity this summer. I've been conducting historical walking tours of Frenchtown of two to four people at a time, masked-up and donating the proceeds to the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church's Food Pantry. Many paid more than the $15 I asked (Scott VanCleef of Country Classics of Frenchtown donated $250) and altogether $1,221 was raised. My seasonal work at the high school has resumed, but I'm still doing the tours on demand. I'm generally available at 4 p.m. on weekdays and at any old time on weekends. For more info, visit bit.ly/frenchtowntours and if you want to schedule something, email me at rickepstein@yahoo.com. (Groups cannot exceed four, and masks are a must.) This is hardly a selling point, but as of now, I'm going back to using the tour proceeds for my own use – yachts, diamond pinky rings, etc.
