Creative Movement: Dance With Me!

At ArtYard in Frenchtown! At the intersection of somatic movement, dance, and theatre games, accentuating improvisation, the spoken word, and the expressive body, this eight-week workshop series aims to spark one’s creativity and inner joy. Each class is designed to awaken the body and inspire the imagination through the joys and benefits of music and movement.

Inclusive in design and built for older adults, this workshop is open to all adults 55 and older, with special consideration given to those living with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.

Classes are on Wednesdays from 11 AM to 12:15 PM. The series runs on Jan. 14, 21, & 28; Feb. 4, 11, 18, & 25; and March 4.

We recommend participants wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
