Tiny Talk: Michael Sazonov on the Joy of Movement

Join ArtYard on January 11 to get your week started with a jolt of creativity as we hear from Michael Vitaly Sazonov, a teaching artist, performer, and theatre maker who utilizes movement, music, and words to create a space where we can be ourselves and find joy through new perspectives.

Sazonov believes that if you warm up the body, breath, and imagination, your creativity is limitless — and that process is empowering and unforgettable. His approach is centered on the idea that experiential learning and radical kindness can get us closer to ourselves and to each other. Tiny Talks are 20-minute talks by artists and friends sharing their creative inspiration. The talk is free and begins at 11 AM.
