An evening of passion, power, and soul, in Frenchtown Saturday. Wonderful.
The Music Club welcomes Nashville-based artist, community-builder, and window-rattling soulful performer Kyshona for a duo concert.
Kyshona, a former music therapist, "lends her voice to those who have been silenced and feel forgotten and alone." Her latest project, "Legacy," "dappled with blues, funk, and gospel" (No Depression), explores the African-American diaspora through five generations of her own family, and features guests Ruthie Foster, Keb Mo', and Odessa Settles.
Tickets $20.
