Sound Bath - The Arc of Sound with John Muraco

The “Arc of Sound” is a therapeutic sound immersion that combines a customized movement sequence and live sound-meditation or “sound bath” which can offer participants deep states of presence, an opportunity to tone the nervous system, and shift the way one relates to stress and other challenges. The sound bath is delivered through a set of carefully selected instruments that elicit relaxation, restoration, personal reflection, and more. People say they feel invigorated and relaxed from attending the sound bath, and often experience emotional insights.

The Arc of Sound is responsibly guided and informed by John Muraco’s integration of two decades of work in the fields of education and psychotherapy. His background as a yoga educator, wellness arts practitioner, and his sensitivity toward sound and music have all informed the creation of the Arc of Sound. John’s approach to using this powerful therapeutic modality is rooted in his attentiveness toward others and the responsible and respectful use of ancient tools that can evoke altered states of consciousness, allow personal reflection, and assist the movement of stuck energy within the body and mind.
