Explore slow stitching, a calming, meditative form of hand sewing that invites us to slow down, be present, and create with intention. This practice values progress over perfection, making space for reflection, rhythm, and personal expression.

As we work with fabric and thread, we’ll reflect on what we carry, what we hold close, what we protect, and what we’re ready to release.

All materials and tools are provided. No sewing experience needed just curiosity and an open heart.
