Keeping your hips fully mobile can make a difference in back, knee and shoulder pain. The mobility of your hips will help free tight and cranky back muscles as well.
In this series we will work to strengthen your hips and backs and then we will loosen things up significantly when we practice tremoring (TRE) just before you drop into a deep relaxation. Each session will end with 15-20 minutes of TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and a guided relaxation.
Previous yoga experience is not necessary!
