Duality is a conflict when we emphasize one aspect of reality while denying another; when we oscillate in neurotic pendulum swings and feel divided, or when we resist the flow of life. When we block this flow we experience limitation, imbalance, fixation, stagnation, and even illness.
This workshop is an invitation to dance towards a fuller spectrum of what you are. With Montserrat’s guidance you will discover new facets and embrace what you have rejected or suppressed and you will refine your awareness of what has been rejected. Through this awareness you will find a natural opening in your heart.
