Spend the afternoon on the lawn of the farmhouse, listening to great music and enjoying great food. We will be selling cheeseburgers, cheese plates made with 100% grass-fed cheeses, local grain breads, and produce from the garden. Seasonal fruits, housemade beverages, and our special cookies will also be available.

Additionally, for the May 27th show, we'll be grilling our own smoked kielbasa.

On August 12 and September 2, we will be roasting one of our whey-fed pigs in a Caja China, for the best roast pig sandwiches available anywhere! Be sure to pre-order your Kielbasa Sandwich, Bobolink Burgers, or Roast Pig Sandwich, as they usually sell out!

The show takes place from 1-4 on Sunday. Food service begins at 12:30. There is no charge for the music, but reservations and especially food reservations are advised.

The link for reservations is http://shop.cowsoutside.com/specialevents.aspx

There will be a tent with tables for limited seating, and lawn chairs and blankets are recommended. For folks with limited mobility, it is easy to park right next to the field for easy accessibility. There is sufficient tent space to hold the event rain or shine. The event is BYOB, kids are welcome, no dogs please.

Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse was founded by Nina & Jonathan White in 2002, guided by their conviction that the best foods are produced using sustainable, humane, and ethical methods. The cheeses of Bobolink are the product of the sunlight and rain that fall upon their 187 acres of preserved farmland. The original types of 100% grass-fed raw cows' milk cheeses are seasonally variable. They are cheeses which capture the moment, a terroir of time as well as place. Bobolink's bakehouse uses organic grains that are predominantly grown and milled in the Northeast. These heritage grains are better suited to organic methods, and are remarkable for their full flavor and nutrition rather than for high productivity or industrial compatibility.

Nina & Jonathan also raise their male cattle for 100% grass-fed mature beef. By proving that fine food can be raised on sunlight and rain, without producing waste, the couple has developed a model for a balanced, multifaceted farm business that can sustain future generations, throughout the world.
