We are pleased to present the sixth Annual Frenchtown PRIDE! A family friendly experience of Love and Acceptance expressed OUT loud - all are welcome! Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Trans, Intersex and Allies... the entirety of the Queer community.  We encourage all residents and visitors who support equality to come out and make this event even better!

Saturday, June 15 

Pride Flag Giveaway at Frenchtown United Methodist Church, 1PM - 3PM

We're inviting all in the borough to come to pick up a pride flag and flag hardware for displaying the flags in Frenchtown during Love Frenchtown's Pride week and all year long! Free to the public! 

Flags and hardware donated by Love Frenchtown Pride and Harvest Success Center


Sunday, June 16

Our Pride Flags will be installed in the Downtown 1-3PM


Tuesday, June 18 

Queer Kickball, Old Frenchtown Field, 6-8PM

A good old fashioned community game of (Queer) kickball at Old Frenchtown Field! Open to everyone. ALL ages.

Old Frenchtown Field is located at the corner of 12th & Harrison Street.

Come ready to play or watch!

Gathering starts at 6pm with the game kicking off at 6:30pm. The first 22 interested players will be fielded to a team.

Seltzer provided by Hunterdon UU Fellowship and popcorn and mini-pride flags supplied by Harvest Success Center. The Love Frenchtown Heart will make an appearance, as well as large pride flags and lots of fun.


Thursday, June 20

Pride Chalking, Downtown Sidewalks, 5PM - 8PM

All are invited to come to downtown Frenchtown, grab some colorful chalk and draw images and write messages of love and pride on the sidewalks. This year, acclaimed local artist Lorraine Cahill will be setting up shop to do a special pride-themed piece of large sidewalk art in chalk pastels- come see her at work and then add your own art!


Saturday, June 22

World’s Shortest Pride Parade from 2nd & Race to Sunbeam Lenape Park at 1PM -  1:30PM

As the final loop of the Pride Ride passes 2nd and Race, those that wish to walk behind our riders to Sunbeam Lenape Park are welcomed to join in on foot for a first-ever Frenchtown Pride Micro-parade that is a mighty 1,104 feet long!

Post Parade Picnic in Sunbeam Lenape Park from 1:30PM to 3:30PM

Art Yard Show Opening - 13 Front Street, Frenchtown, NJ FROM 6PM- 8PM


All Pride Week

Queer Icons Art Display on the Porch of the FiNNBAR

ArtYard is bringing its Queer Icons exhibit out into the downtown for Pride Week. These pieces will be displayed on the front porch of the Frenchtown Inn for the duration of the week so be sure to take a stroll by!



Lovefrenchtown is the Frenchtown Business & Professional Association (FBPA); a volunteer run, member supported, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local business and enriching our community. Mobilizing through media, town events, downtown beautification efforts, strong relationships with other community interest groups and expressing a voice in local government, the FBPA aims to elevate the experience of all who share our streets.

Frenchtown, NJ is located on the beautiful banks of the Delaware River in Hunterdon County just over one hour from New York City and Philadelphia. Thirty minutes from the Pennsylvania towns of Doylestown, Easton, New Hope and Lambertville, NJ.

Please consider joining our Events committee to plan and execute Frenchtown Events including Frenchtown Pride. PRIDE aims to grow in conjunction with New Hope Celebrates.  We are looking for volunteers, planners, helping hands, connected community members, artists and sponsors!
